Why did I receive a Spark Award?
Congratulations! You've been randomly selected as a Spark Award winner for sharing your bright idea! Your contribution is appreciated and will help us identify opportunities to enhance operations, efficiency, and, ultimately, the service and care we provide to our patients and communities.

 

What are my prize options as a Spark Award winner?
As a Spark Award winner, you have two options:

  • A preselected branded item from this Bright Ideas Store (approximate value of $100).
  • A cash incentive of $100. For this option contact brightideas@commonspirit.org.

Please note that the dollar amount of both the branded item or the cash incentive will be included in your paycheck as taxable income.

 

How long do I have to make my selection?
You have 30 days from the date of your award notification to make your selection.

 

What if the item I purchased is out of stock?

If your selection is out of stock or discontinued, we will contact you to make a new selection.

 

How long will my order take? 

Typically, orders take 2-3 weeks to be produced and delivered.

 

What if I'm not happy with the item I selected from the Bright Ideas Store as my Spark Award prize? Can I return or exchange it?
Please note that items from the Bright Ideas Store are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage you to carefully consider your selection before placing your order. Please Contact Us with any questions.

 

What if I've changed my mind and prefer a cash incentive?
You can still select a cash incentive if you haven't already completed an order. To do so, contact BrightIdeas@commonspirit.org
